Challenges
The team faced challenges in optimizing manual, resource-intensive data delivery workflows and consolidating reporting to provide real-time visibility and better operational insights. Additionally, they aimed to improve data standardization and accuracy across processes.
Solution
InApp collaborated with the team to modernize the platform through VPAT compatibility testing, automate internal data pipelines, build self-service push-button transfers from Gold Copy to CostDataLake (CDL), develop a user-friendly API for Gold Copy archiving, and integrate Azure DevOps, SQL, and ETL logic into Power BI dashboards.
